| In recent years,with the continuous development of manufacturing industry,the production line balance issue plays a crucial role in the development of manufacturing enterprises,and the optimization and management of production lines have an important impact on the competitiveness and market share of manufacturing industry.In order to improve the productivity and reduce the cost of manufacturing industry,more and more manufacturing companies are accelerating to optimize and improve their production line systems.Based on this,I take the balanced optimization of car alarm production line by improved ant colony intelligent optimization algorithm as the research object,and the paper analyzes some car alarm manufacturing companies,taking company X as an example,and conducts an in-depth study as follows.Firstly,through a large amount of data research,the research background and significance of this paper and the current status of domestic and foreign related research on production line balancing problem and ant colony algorithm are introduced,the problems of auto immobilizer production line are analyzed,and the mathematical model of SALBP-2 of production line with auto immobilizer production line as an example is established.Secondly,the ant colony algorithm is optimized in combination with the production reality,and an improved ant colony algorithm applicable to the production line balancing problem is proposed.The improved algorithm mainly includes(1)the heuristic information for searching feasible solutions including the basic attributes of the operation and the priority relationship attributes(number of succeeding operations,number of releasable operations)in two aspects(2)the improved pheromone update strategy,which is simple and more practical in terms of update rules and increases the exploration ability and global search ability of ants in the algorithm.(3)Giving the job selection mechanism and job assignment mechanism,which can assign jobs on a workstation-by-workstation,positionby-position basis.Finally,the effectiveness and feasibility of the improved ant colony algorithm in solving the production line balancing optimization problem is verified by comparing with the literature data of solving the production line balancing problem using the classical case of Jackson production line balancing.The results show that the improved ant colony algorithm is effective in solving the second type of equilibrium problem of production line,and the algorithm can be transferred to other equilibrium applications of the same type of car alarm production line,which can solve the problem of production line imbalance in enterprises and make due contribution to the sustainable development of enterprises.provide theoretical and practical reference significance for car alarm production lines.Car alarm production line equilibrium optimization,production line type II equilibrium problem,improved ant colony algorithm,pheromone algorithm application... |
