| ATSE (Automatic Transfer Switching Equipment) as the terminal each switchdevice of the fire control, subway and other important load, has been widely used inengineering, the role of the power supply system are becoming increasingly significant.In recent years, ATSE industry in China has more rapid development. As the technicallevel, reliability and advancement of the ATSE directly affect supply level of theoperation place, related to the safety of electrical workers, so its reliability andmechanical requirements would above other switching devices. Safety and reliability arethe most critical indicators of the design, optimization and selection of the ATSE, and thethree-stable state PC-class ATSE with large current carrying capacity is the future trendof development.In order to improve the operational reliability of existing PC-class ATSE, in thispaper, three-stable state PC-class ATSE had been optimized in structure, making it ableto better overcome the load reaction force, so as to achieve efficient and reliable closingpurpose.According to characteristics of magnetic field distribution of the designed targetelectromagnetic driving mechanism, calculation model and calculation equations of staticand transient magnetic field analysis were given. The designed structure were simulatedand analyzed by using finite element analysis software Ansoft. Magnetic fielddistribution of electromagnetic circuit, the relationship between the moving core and themagnetic field strength at different positions and the like were obtained through analysisof static magnetic field, thus compare and optimize structure size of electromagneticsystem. Based on body structure and external circuit, number of turns and otherparameters, a dynamic characteristics simulation model of the designed structure wasestablished. Depending on different conditions, simulation analysis of closing processwas conducted against the designed structure, the corresponding transient characteristiccurve was obtained and the reaction force characteristics of three-stable state spring weredetermined. Meanwhile, imputed reaction force against mechanical transmission parts to determine suffered mechanical reaction force when the electromagnet closing. Conduct acomparative analysis between characteristic parameters and optimization requirement toverify the feasibility of the optimization agency. |
