Taking the YKR1645circular vibrating screen as the research object, and based onthe virtual prototype technology, the Kinematics and transient dynamic analysis havebeen done by finite element analysis software ANSYS and multi-bodydynamics software ADAMS. The main researches in this study are as follows.A dynamics model of circular vibrating screen has been built, and the calculationformula of velocity, acceleration, amplitude and the phase difference have been derived.Main kinetic parameters of vibrating screen, such as stiffness of the vibration isolationspring, mass, excitation force and so on, have been given. It provides a theoreticalbasis for the research of this thesis.Using3D modeling and multi-rigid body dynamics technology, the model of rigidvirtual prototype of YKR1645circular vibration screen is established. The kinematicssimulation analysis has been done, and the motion characteristics and the motiontrajectory of the screen box have been got. The comparison models have been built,after contrasting the simulation results of the basic model, and the main factors thataffect the screening effect of vibrating screen have been revealed.The rigid-flexible coupling model of circular vibrating screen has been establishedby using the ADAMS/Flex module. Load spectrum file of stiffening beam is obtainedthrough the analysis of kinematics simulation. The finite element model of stiffeningbeams has been set up in ANSYS software, the load spectrum file has been imposed tothe correspondent nodes on the flexible body of stiffening beam, and the transientdynamic analysis has been done. Then the variation of the maximum stress of stiffeningbeam has been obtained in the starting and steady work stages. It has been verified thatthe stiffening beams can meet the practical needs of vibration screen.
