Flexible Improved Design Of Vibrating Screen

At present, China shaker for drilling equipment for a lower proportion of industrialdesign applications, the shaker has many problems, such as modeling, operations-oriented,user emotions, and so on. The study of this thesis is to analyze the use of industrial designmethod for rapid design theory and application of practice of vibrating screen.By aspects of the product for the market, the environment, users, designers identity,technology and other research, found that the problem is the product of a single dominantform of function. Therefore need to study a flexible design approach and pplied tofunctional and emotional at the same time with the vibrating screen. Its method is to firstapply Kansei Engineering qualitative analysis of user emotional appeals and establish aflexible standard for product sensibility. Secondly, under the theory of flexible indicatorsand Kansei Engineering design vibrating screen appearance, structure, mode of operation,the operation behavior feedback, to provide users with a comfortable feeling and thecorrect operation of the guide. Through clear and accurate representation of the productsystem to reflect a reasonable user operating mode. At the same time, within the limits ofdevice features standard indicators in matching design sensibility flexible, enabling fastand flexible design expression. Meanwhile, under the control of the standard of featuresand indicators of emotional were flexible design, enabling fast and flexible designexpression.Late in program testing, the program was consistent with the indicators. Thesignificance of this project is reasonable perceptual representations can establish thecorrect concept mode and comfortable user mode; Able to complete the design sensibilityquickly at the request of the function. Improved design of the shaker has passed prototypetesting, currently being put into the market.
