Through continuous steel truss girder is from the lower deck lines and verticalconcrete slabs, beams composed of one or lower chord joint force, which has agreater rigidity, better dynamic properties, low building height, traffic less noise andvibration when the advantages of high-speed railway is one of the more commonlong-span bridge structure form. Nodes and rods of steel truss bridge more complexstructure connected nodes, to the construction of the larger problems. PushingConstruction Law economically secure, fast, non-interference, taking advantage ofthe venue and less widely used in the construction of large-span bridges. So understudy large-span steel truss bridge construction technology, especially pushingconstruction technology has important application value.The newly built Yellow River Bridge for the Zhengzhou-Jiaozuo intercityrailway is the shared bridge to cross the Yellow River for Zhengzhou-Jiaozuointercity railway, the former Beijing-Guangzhou railway, and it is a grand bridge offour line railways. Main bridge67#-88#pier took11league2×100m through bridgeto change high continuous steel truss beam, and The67#-79#pier steel truss girderadopts no leading beam, single-unit, single-point incremental launching which isused for the first time in our country. In the construction of incremental launching,the maximum counter-force of single point of the slider at the node of the steel trussgirder reaches2650t, which is the largest in our country. This brings great difficultyand risk for construction, this paper is according to structural features of the YellowRiver Bridge for the intercity railway, combining hydrology, geology andtransportation situation to do study on construction method of main bridge steel trussof the Yellow River Bridge for the intercity railway, and the major tasks it completedare as follows:(1) Put forward the general construction scheme of the main bridge of YellowRiver bridge with the Zhengzhou-Jiaozuo intercity railway, and analyze the key anddifficult points. (2) Through the establishment of simulation model, used the computer softwareMidas/Civil to conduct research into the continuous steel truss girder pushingconstruction general proposal and simulated the stress statuses under differentworking conditions during the process of pushing construction.(3) Conducted research into the control system of continuous steel truss girdersincremental launching construction and introduced the arrangement of such systemsas vertical jacking, horizontal incremental launching, misalignment prevention,anchorage, sliders and up-mound devices.(4) Study on the construction craftsmanship of continuous steel truss girder,introduce the resources allocation, such as labor, machine and equipment of theconstruction of steel truss girder, put forward the consolidation scheme of theconstruction of steel truss girder, the scheme of pushing construction of steel trussgirder, and carry out the construction schemes, Ensure the successful completion ofthe intercity railway Zheng Jiao Yellow River Bridge construction.
