In the practical use of composite structures,the composite floor slabs are beingused the most extensively. This paper is the study of large-span prestressed compositedfloor slab, which bottom floor slab be manufactured at the factory or the scene first, andthen pour concrete in the grooves between the two bottom floor slab and on the upper ofbottom floor, to form a whole. For existing existing large-span prestressed compositedbottom floor slab rigidity smaller or larger weight, puts forward two kinds of new typeof large-span prestressed composited bottom floor slab-double rib and triple rib. Thetwo floor not only large span and high bearing capacity and stiffness. The bottom floorslab can be used as a template, and slab across do not need to set up temporary support.Firstly, in theory, the two large-span prestressed composited floor slabs wereanalyzed, and the design of the mechanical properties and new calculation method ofcomposited floor slabs were studied. By theoretical analysis, the mechanical propertiesof composite clear the floor. Secondly, in theory, the large-span prestressed compositeslab has carried on the static load test conducted to explore this floor under static loaddeflection deformation, the law of development of cracks and ultimate bearing capacity.It was in-depth research on the large-span prestressed composited floor slabopenings, horizontal seams and overlapping issues shear conducted.This paperintroduces the principle of floor open hole processing as well as the principle, anddiscusses the composited slab transverse flat-fell seam connection form, especially onthe two new composited floor transverse connection form of flat-fell seam and itsadvantages. The calculation method of composited plane shear reinforcement isdeduced. The calculation method is demonstrated by the experiments.Which has acertain reference value.Using ANSYS finite element program established a large-span prestressedcomposite floor mock comparison with experimental data, obtained very similarsimulation data with the experimental data. ANSYS simulation to verify the accuracy oftest results and show a better response can be provided the member is calculated usingthe finite element and the assumed parameters of the forces true. Which provide a newway in depth study for the large-span prestressed composite floor slab.
