Building floor play an important role on the building, it is the most important horizontal system to assume vertical load, and building can transfer load to each resist side force member through it. And it possesses about 25% in building engineering's cost, about 50%-60% in weight. So the research on the floor to reduce its price and weight has important significance and engineering value on the building's development and the structure's usability. The concrete composite box net joint floor is one kind of new-style floor, it is composed of the small prefabricated component with the cast-in-place concrete rib beam, it has smooth feet, large cavity, take load together. composite box is composed of high intensity concrete with large cavity, and take the load with structure, and it can be the templet of the rib beam. It can be broke into light and dark boxes. And rib beam is composed of commonness concrete, can be part of the whole floor. This new-style floor overcame some short coming which exist in technology used now. This article depiction the experimental about the static load test, got the floor's failure mechanism,load-deflection curve, load- tensile stress curve, craze load, limit load, and in the static load, research on the specimen's destruction between composite box and the cast-in-place concrete rib beam, whole performance, bending performance, to get the new floor's calculation method against bending, at the same time, analyzing prefabricated stress state when it is in different position. And the rib of prefabricated cast-in-situ cracks form two parts of the beams is analyzed and calculated. At last, through ANSYS to analysis a board which size is 6000mm X 6000mm, get the method about its internal force. This article's research has very important theory meaning and engineering practice value.
