Using prestressed carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) for structural reinforcement is a hot spot and difficulty in research of structure reinforcement. Currently CFRP is playing an increasingly important role in beam reinforcement. The traditional way of non-prestressed CFRP reinforcement has a problem of stress lagging. Therefore the high performance of CFRP can not be made full use of. Pre-stressed CFRP has its unique advantage for this problem, whereas stripping phenomenon is inevitable in the traditional way of pasting. Therefore non-pasting prestressed reinforcement with reliable anchor is the most advanced way.A new mechanical anchorage developed by professor Zhou Chaoyang is adopted in this experiment. Through experiment on T-beam reinforcement with pre-stressed CFRP, study the reinforcement impact of load (preloading) level of the beam, the CFRP pre-stressed applied level, the strength of concrete and reinforcement area etc. Through research, the following work has been completed in this paper.1. Verify the reliability of the anchorage system. Improve the treatment of CFRP and beam angle. The experiment proves that this treatment meets the relevant requirements and is easier and more convenient than the treatment in the specification.2. On the basis of the experiment, analyze the effect of pre-load on the beam, CFRP reinforcement area and the level of prestress on ultimate bearing capacity and deformation. Referred to experimental data in other literature, determine the prestress control level as0.2-0.3times of the ultimate tensile stress, which not only makes full use of the performance of CFRP but also ensures the maximum ductility of specimens.3. Analyze the failure mechanism of shear Reinforced T Beam with CFRP. On the truth that the cloth broke (will break) introduce the concept of "uniformity" to calculate CFRP effective stress. This paper proposed a new method of calculating the bearing capacity.
