| Abstract:As time goes by and economy develops, more and more bridges cannot meet the demand of traffic. One of the most important methods to resolve this problem is bridge reinforcement and repairing, therefore, it becomes a hot issue in engineering. Design the method on the reinforcement in24m prestressed concrete super-low height T-shaped beam and32m prestressed concrete ordinary height T-shaped beam of Shuohuang railway,which the original design live load is mid-live load,and ensure that it meet the new live load.Use Midas to ansys original structure and the reinforced structure. Under the design load of beam, the static values of maximum deflection under live load and the stress indicators can meet the specification requirements. Under the load of new live load,deflection of span can meet the specification requirements, but stress exceeds the limit, so the original beams need to be reinforced. Use limited trial data to compare the results of theoretical analysis, and it dedicates that the numerical model when calculating the vertical stiffness and prestress structure are meet the requirements.To solve the problem of insufficient stiffness and stress index transfinite,we can use the method of External prestressing method combined with Auxiliary beam method. This reinforcement method combines the dual advantages of two kinds of schemes, and it solved the problem of insufficient stiffness for separately using the prestressed reinforcement. |
