With the high-speed development of the automobile industry, vehicle emissionsand safety issues have become increasingly prominent. The main direction ofdevelopment of automobile industry is to produce vehicles that are low fuelconsumption, low emissions Advanced high strength steel with high strength andelongation that meet he requirements for the automotive industry on lightweight, crash safety, are now more and more used in the vehicle body.Since the deformation ofmold is small, the mold is generally considered as a rigid body model. It can beobtained high accuracy when the CAE simulation of conventional ordinary steel isconducting。However, when it comes to the advanced high strength steel (AHSS),theforce needed for the sheet forming increases, which increases the deformation of themold. As a result, effects of mold deformation of advanced high strength steel plate cannot be ignored. In response to this phenomenon, this paper established an CAE analysis foradvanced high-strength steel stamping considering deformation.Based on dynamicdisplay algorithm, mold is regarded as the elastic-plastic body and the finite elementsoftware ansys-lsdyna is used. The results of sheet metal forming and mold stress andstrain is obtained.Discuss and compare the results obtained by elastic-plastic mold model CAEsimulation and rigid mold model CAE simulation and the actual stamping, from fourmain aspects, namely, sheet metal formability, material inflows, material thinning rateand surface accuracy. The comparison results show that for advanced high strengthsteel stamping CAE analysis, considering the deformation of the mold is more accurateand effective precisionFor the case that the AHSS front stringer parts is not only insufficiently drawingbut also wrinkling according to the initial process. The process optimization isconducted by adjusting drawbeads and friction coefficient as well as binder force.Afteroptimization, the parts is formed in an ideal result In order to minimize the springbackof part, springback compensation for drawing mold surface is conducted, using thegeometric displacement compensation principle and CAD software Think Design.
