Architectural rubber bearing is the main features of base isolation, it can extend the natural period of structure, reduce the seismic energy transmission to the upper structure, the response of the upper structure is reduced to non-isolation at12.5%to25%; when an earthquake occurs, the structural deformation focus at isolator isolation layer. Damping effect of a base isolation structure primarily depends on the isolation device--the performance of rubber bearing isolation device. It is very important to research the mechanical properties of rubber bearing and the design requirements of the production and development. Based on this, the main research work of this paper are:First, summarized and review the theory of building base isolation, describes the basic principles of base isolation and the basic structure of the base isolation seismic isolation rubber bearings used in the composition, summed up the construction of seismic isolation rubber bearings basic characteristics, summarized the construction rubber bearing performance test requirements, as research background and theoretical basis of this article.Then, summarize and derivation the factor of rubber bearing construction, compression and shear performance, and to adopt a common architecture rubber bearing structure design and calculation methods were calculated to verify the isolation rubber construction Supports reasonably related parameters.Once again, building a typical product of rubber bearing by calculated and determining, Used different formulations, different curing processes and technology programs to design the conduct, and used different surface treatments trial program were trial.
