Fire Monitoring System is widely used by construction, trains, ships, forestry and many other fields. In recent years,although traditional Fire Monitoring System made some great achievements, but because of the detection and evacuation are not good combined, people’s lives and property safety still can not be well guaranteed.With various disciplines of knowledge crossing, the Multi-Agent technology produced, which make the fire detection and fire evacuation be combined together become an inevitable trend. In the paper, the real-time monitoring system to meet the today’s intelligent fire technical requirements for the high reliability and trends,an intelligent fire real-time monitoring and controlling was proposed and implemented, which based on the Multi-agent technology.(1) According to the functional requirements and basic design requirements, the thesis analyzed and synthesized the working principle of intelligent fire real-time monitoring system. On this basis, the topology of the system, the working mechanism,and the the overall system framework were determined. A set of scheme based on the field of communication technology and Multi-Agent technology was proposed for the Intelligent Fire Real-time Monitoring system, and analyzed it as following.(2) On the basis of the system’s framework, the design of fire detection and alarm sub-system hardware platform was detailed discussed, and the system circuit schematics were provided, which include different functional modules microprocessor control circuit, fire detection connection circuit, voice warning module, display modules, external expansion memory module, signal conversion modules, communication modules, power supply modules.(3) Based on the Multi-Agent technology, the functional modules for the system were established based on the theoretical basis of the model agent, including the design of monitoring layer structures Agent, coordination layer Agent, decision-making Agent structures. On the Visual studio2010platform, with the using of VB.NET programming language, the real-time monitoring Graphics Software (V1.0) was designed.which combined the detection and intelligent fire evacuation as one system. Graphics software system’s configuration modules, system monitoring module, the user management module, work logs module, real-time query module failure, maintenance registration module, system communication module, the system self-test module were included. In the end, the design of graphics software database was given a detailed description.(4) According to the overall design plans and the requirements of the intelligent fire real-time monitoring system, the hardware platform for the area fire detection and alarm subsystems was developed,a fire graphical monitoring platform for the intelligent fire real-time monitoring system was designed,and a sample machine was produced, which combined by the fire detection and alarm subsystems, the intelligent fire evacuation subsystems and the monitoring platform. The sample machine was used to achieve real-time monitoring, remote control, data acquisition and other properties for verification.Test results showed that:the intelligent fire real-time monitoring system, which designed in compliance with the national standards, could realize the remote monitoring node devices, real-time data updates, quick guide evacuation according to the fire signal. The monitoring of systen’s reaction speed, the real-time performance and other indicators were showed higher than the national standard, the system achieves the design requirements as expected.
