In southern China (Low Mountain hilly area) and western mountainous area highway and rail wary line engineering construction process, will inevitably encounter lots of excavation slope. The slope during excavation will be subjected to some degree of disturbance and destruction, thus breaking the original balance; at the same time of excavation slope in the natural factor, the stability problems will be more complicated, geological disasters, to people’s lives and property caused a great loss, so the road engineering construction process often became one of the most important problems. Because in our country south and west slope is mostly in the rock slope, so the rock slope stability study and treatment research becomes more and more important and necessary.This paper selects Hunan province Liu (Yang)Li (Ling) Expressway slate slope section as the research object,firstly on slate slope failure mode of the domestic and foreign research status in this paper, combined with a large number of field investigation and survey work further targeted to the circuit slate slope main failure modes were analyzed and summarized, and local shallow landslide, plane and wedge failure three main failure mode of analysis; and then select a typical slate slope (K53+220~K53+390right slope) using UDEC program for numerical analysis and calculation, the slope in the bolt reinforcement construction, the slope stability; and finally on the basis of failure mode analysis and stability analysis of the results of treatment studies, this article in the treatment of selected anchor frame beam support and anchor+SNS active protection network composite supporting the two most commonly used in the area of slate slope supporting type comparison and selection of the work, obtained the optimal treatment of slate slope treatment measures, for the same type of slope treatment provides valuable reference.
