| The spaceborne antenna is necessary equipment for communication and datatransmission of the spacecraft. The data transmission antenna is commonly applied to theremote sensing satellite and to transmit the satellite high-speed data form the satellite to theearth station. With the development of space technology in our country, especially highresolution earth observation system is implemented, the amount of the data by the remotesensing equipment on satellite is more and more, the time interval of repeat observation isshorter and shorter, the life of the satellite is longer and longer. The high resolution satelliteset higher demand on data transmission antenna about data transmission ability, overlay rangeof antenna beam and working life.Aiming at the requirement of the high speed data transmission for the new generation highresolution remote sensing satellite of our country, through the study and comparing of theantenna characteristics from domestic and international satellite’s data transmission antenna, akind of structural project for data transmission antenna was designed. It adopts a dual-axismechanism to steer the antenna beam.Focus on of the antenna design is the antenna feed unit structure, high precision and largeangle two-axis antenna mechanism, the life and the pointing accuracy of the mechanism arealso analyzed. The3D model of antenna structure is build up according to the parts design.Furthermore, structure analysis and thermal analysis of the antenna was also been carried out.Finally,the structure performance of the antenna prototype was tested and completed thevibration,thermal vacuum experiment based on the qualification of vibration and thermalvacuum. The test and experiment result indicates that the function and the performance of theantenna meet the requirements. So the structure design of the antenna is reasonable andfeasible. |
