Today, the earthquake on structures are more devastating than other largedisasters, The intensity and the frequency of the earthquake in China rank first in allthe countries. Over the past decade, the lesson have been told, earthquake damageoccurred in urban areas around the world are devastating. According to early seismicdesign specifications for seismic design of building structures that have been built,with a high seismic vulnerability.Currently there are a lot of existing concrete-mixed masonry structure. Suchstructure in the form of complex mix, the elastic modulus of concrete and masonry aswell as the mechanical properties of them are uncoordinated, leading to the overallstructure of uncertain external load capacity, even due to the interaction ofuncoordinated elements leading to one by one structural members break. Suchstructures even beyond specification limits and can not guarantee the current seismictargets. For seismic hazards such structures are particularly have serious phenomenon,this paper give the seismic performance analysis by a laboratory building of middleschool in Qingdao.In this thesis, the existing domestic and overrun on Pushover hybrid structureliterature do a brief introduction.Comparative analysis of existing seismicperformance advantages and disadvantages.Pushover analysis of the theoretical basisof the method described and summarized the process and the advantages anddisadvantages of static nonlinear analysis method for capacity spectrum method hasbeen described and analyzed and be compared with the target displacement method.Master Pushover analysis and classification and definition of plastic hinges,understanding ETABS software parameters set Pushover understanding and access toappropriate normative content.Since the software can not be on the wall ETABSnonlinear analysis, this paper compares the two shear and other generations throughprograms, find and close to the original model structure, etc. on behalf of the programand analyzed. In front of the master content ETABS software based on the use of amiddle school in Qingdao laboratory building seismic capacity analysis, the numberof order by capacity spectrum curves and plastic hinges to determine the seismicperformance of this hybrid structure. And structures under seismic energy dissipationoptimization analysis carried out, simply grasp the damper settings, feasibility throughdisplacement angle between the floor layers of analysis programs. Not only drawmore meaningful conclusions, but also for future research on the seismic performanceof laying the groundwork.
