Fatigue test of Marine hose abroad is mature, and in the researchof flexible pipe fatigue test in our country and has a huge demand for spaceengineering direction. In this article, through cooperation with wudi Neptune haizhong hose turn to complete the chance of fatigue testing machine, fatigue testingmachine control system design, aiming to solve a variety of conditions complete hosefatigue test.First of all, through consulting documents and monographs, understand thedevelopment of the dynamic fatigue testing machine and the future developmentdirection, the existing machine structure to give simple instructions, and reference tothe paper machine working environment and the target of experiment, combined withthe actual situation, select horizontal fatigue testing machine. Then introduces thehardware structure of testing machine, and as the main body and the choice of theoriginal information, including the overall structure design, limit bending machineand so on.Second, reference the structure of the programming software to complete thetesting machine control system, different from NI data acquisition card, this paperUSES the more cost-effective the altai PCI8602data acquisition card, the card is amulti-function card, except to complete the task of data acquisition can fulfill the taskof up to two channels of analog output, including collection and storage system,LabVIEW bending loading system.Finally, through the model, the establishment of the matlab simulation, based onthe characteristics of periodic signal, adopted PID control strate gy based on repeatedcompensation, so as to ensure the high precision of the output device, high response, the equipment price, give attention to two or morethings can obviously change thesystem dynamic characteristics. On the other hand, the use of self-tuning fuzzy PIDcan solve the problem of complex control have great potential and can dynamicallyadapt to the change of external environment, but due to the choice of parameters andsetting need according to the experience, so the simulation results is not very ideal.Three control strategies for tracking curve and error has made a detailed comparison,verification test strategy.Among them, apply to the LabVIEW electro-hydraulic control technology, theLabVIEW software development environment is facing the test engineer andnon-professional programmers, so first of all, its programming must be simple, easyto understand and modify; Followed by the use of his powerful man-machineinteractive interface design and data visualization analysis ability, and the simulationusing Matlab Simulink toolkit to complete the simulation experiment, proved that theuse effect is good, the results show the obvious. For testing machine for the futuredevelopment, and its extensibility have great significance in practice, the research alsohas a good common sense.As a result, summarizes the simulation results, the article make a summarize andput forward existing problems and further improve the scheme and ideas.
