As an important work equipment in the construction of High Speed Railway, theimprovement of efficiency, safety and stability of Bridge Girder Erection Machine for HighSpeed Railway play a critical role in improving the railway construction equipmentlevel.The synchronization of front and back outriggers is required to protect overturning inthe position of jacking and shrinking when the machine is being installed, tested and reducedits height to get through the tunnel. So the performance of electro-hydraulic synchronizationsystem of the front and back outriggers affects directly the working efficiency and safety.For a difficult problem concerned with realizing the synchronization of the front andback outriggers, based on the analysis of the current status and future development of BridgeGirder Erection Machine for High Speed Railway, a new control method of hydraulicsynchronous system based on electro-hydraulic proportional technology is brought forward,and the sync control of hydraulic cylinder is realized by directional throttle proportionalvalve.Firstly, the hydraulic system design of the front and back outriggers of the BridgeGirder Erection Machine for High Speed Railway is accomplished. The calculation andselection of the main components is achieved, based on the specific requirement of the design.Secondly, by analyzing and investigating the hydraulic control system, the mathematicalmodel of the main components is established, furthermore, the mathematical models of valvecontrol single cylinder drive system are also constructed, and the main parameter of systemare determinated. Finally the fuzzy controller is designed by MATLAB, and the simulationmodel of the hydraulic system is established by AMESIM software. Through theAmesim/simulink co-simulation analysis, the traditional PID control method is comparedwith Fuzzy self-tuning PID control method. The simulation results show that by Fuzzyself-tuning PID control method, the synchronous displacement error is reduced, thesynchronous effects is improved effectively, the requirement of design is satisfied well.
