Nowadays, with resources and energy growing shorter and shorter, the full developmentof renewable resources is becoming more and more important. Solar micro inverters is animportant means of developing renewable resource.additionally, the PV industry in foreigncountries is blocked and our country is intended to expand the domestic market, Design ofsolar micro inverters on efficiency optimization is now study hotpot.The content of thesis is design of solar micro inverters on efficiency optimization,making innovation on the basis of traditional design methods about solar inverters. Firstly, westart from Overall design of solar inverters, analyzing how to increase efficiency from thepoint of theory. Combined with MPPT (Maximum Efficiency Point Tracking) and PLL (PhaseLocked Loop), we acquire the specific design using PI algorithm. Then, we put our hands tohardware circuit design about solar micro inverters analyzing how to increase efficiency fromthe point of hardware circuit. we describe the hardware circuit diagram at first. Then,hardware circuit is divided into interleaved flyback DC/DC circuits, DC/AC circuit, filtercircuit, a control chip circuit and power line carrier communication circuit, and introducethem in detail. we introduce software design module on the basis of hardware module design.The first is the main design, mainly implemented by the virtual machine and interrupt. Thenwe explain PWM program design and SPWM program design. Finally, we introduce thegeneral idea of MPPT module and PLL module to write program.There are two simulation processes in the design process: Proteus simulation andSIMULINK simulation. Proteus simulation process is for software design, Simulation ofSIMULINK process is for the hardware design. After successful simulation process,circuitboard design,hardware and software debugging, analysis of experimental results and gainefficiency of solar micro inverters.we finally summarize the main research papers on solarmicro inverters, outlook on how to optimize the efficiency, propose future work program.
