Environmental pollution has been widespread concerned,the new energy will gradually replace coal,oil,natural gas and other traditional fossil fuels.The distributed generation technology has also been widely used.Among them,photovoltaic power generation has been developed rapidly and widely used because of its advantages such as wide resources and easy availability.As one of important parts of the photovoltaic power generation system,the design and control of the micro inverter directly affect the efficiency of the photovoltaic power generation system and the quality of the grid connected.In order to improve efficiency,this paper deeply research Maximum power point tracking method and make improvement through simulation.Firstly,this paper describes the classification of micro-inverters.According to the advantages and disadvantages of DC/DC converter and DC/AC circuits and the important factors in the design of micro inverters,high-frequency current-chain micro-inverter topology is applied.And maks research on micro-grid-connected inverters through simulation of Matlab.Secondly,makes in-depth research on maximum power tracking technology to improve the work efficiency of micro-inverters.Then this paper sets up a photovoltaic cell model,and does research on its electrical curve to prove the basis of MPPT.In order to solve the problem that the traditional control method can not guarantee the tracking speed and tracking accuracy,a new adaptive disturbance hysteresis control method is proposed.In addition,the simulation and analysis are made under the condition of stable and sudden change of the external environment,to verify its superiority.Finally,a single sensor control method is carried out to solve the problem of the micro-inverter's small size that can not install enough sensors.And combining this method with perturb and observe method and fuzzy logic control algorithm to eliminate the deficiencies of single control method,and optimized the control effect.
