The welding metal bellows mechanical seal is sealing in the structure to obtain the more and more widespread application now. Using the metal bellows instead of the spring and the secondary seal, addressed the high temperatures the secondary seal. Welded metal bellows plays not only the compensation and buffer for the wear and tear, Axial string manually and vibration causes the axial displacement, and with its own aggressive and sealing media pressure, the sealing face apply a pressure than to the sealing of the role, bellows wave plate at high temperatures of the failure in the ordinary case, the wave is missing pop-up or the vibration to the structure has been damaged. Consequently many scholars both at home and abroad to the wave, strain, stress and vibration analysis, using traditional materials, methods and modern design methodology, the stress and the strength of the estimates.This article in the S welding metal bellows foundation, while satisfies its intensity to carry on the transformation to its structure modeling, take the S welding metal bellows diaphragm as the object of study, first has established the different diaphragm quantity geometry model and the finite element numerical model and has assigned the related boundary condition according to the working condition, has compared the bellows diaphragm integer through the finite element value computation synthesis to its amount of deformity, the stress and the strain influence, has established between them the value relations; Next has analyzed its rigidity value using the thumb rule and the finite element computation method contrast, has analyzed the different size parameter to its rigidity influence; Finally through ANSYS Workbench to bellows in two kind of operating modes the vibration modality carries on the analysis, has obtained under two kind of operating mode first ten step vibration modality and the frequency, analyzes the vibration modality resonance oscillation different reason; Simultaneously analyzed in has changed under the load operating mode the bellows transient state mechanics characteristic, has obtained the different time bellows stress, the displacement and the speed response curve. May provides the effective theory basis through this article research and the analysis for the bellows design and its mechanics analysis, also provides the valuable reference for the bellows installment and the use.
