Based on system research of bellows' mechanic performance, this paper puts forward a finite model of metallic hose. Through the combination of analysis and experiments, we get a certain sense of the function of net cover. Setting the research of axis EI as example, this paper studies the effect of net cover . Meanwhile we discuss the multilayer bellows with boundary non-linearity theory, exercise FEA software ANSYS construct a kind of novelty and logical model of multilayer bellows, then basically settle multilayer bellows of design and calculate. The results of ANSYS and the datum of experiments are accordant. The model based on the paper are proved to be better in simulating the multilayer bellows, and workout a special program make design parameterly and automatic. Making use of post program can get EI curve convenient and give the reference of metallic hose and multilayer bellows design.
