| Structural forms of sluice floor divided into raft floor (flat floor) and anti-Arch floor, flat floor on the Plains by contrast is more widely used, its advantages are simple in structure, convenient, but the high cost. However the Anti-arch floor use arch stress mainly the axial forces, it make full use of the compressive properties of concrete, and greatly reduce the engineering cost compared to flat floor. But because the anti-Arch floor are statically indeterminate structure, easily affected by factors such as temperature, displacement and make anti-Arch floor in tension.This article focuses on the side load, floor thickness, span ratio, construction sequence and porous to the influence of the anti-Arch floor. The analysis conclude as follows:(1) the pier behind the walls fill should be considered with the appropriate filling height which can greatly improve the anti-arched floor internal force distribution;(2) By the analysis of floor thickness in1/10to1/12of span is more appropriate, floor is too thick will produce larger uneven settlement, thickness is too thin and can’t meet the requirements;(3) By the calculation of span ratio control in1/6to1/10is appropriate, rise-span ratio cannot be too big, too big to floor tensile stress is too large, which will create floor cracking leakage problems (4) Stress have greatest impact on the floor construction sequence, reasonable construction sequence will greatly improve bottom stress, recommend first pouring of partial displacement of Pier subsidence and then poured floor, which can significantly reduce floor subsidence;(5) To some extent, multi-hole sluice gates makes the anti-arched slab stress homogenization, side-hole while still larger than the hole stress, but also apparently eased.Secondly, through the calculation of different conditions, the Anti-arch sluice internal force analysis of changes that the end of construction period and the downstream water level difference condition has the greatest influence on internal force of Anti-arch floor, so the Anti-arch sluice design should pay attention to these two conditionsIn view of the anti-arched floor very easy to pull, we use traffic bridge and pier integral Pouring and set the rib measures to improve bottom force. The analysis concluded that:Through the addition of bridge traffic to the side holes and base plate bottom stress of arch has improved, inimical to floor surface; surface road, through the addition of arch floor of ribbed for anti-stress improvement plays an important role. |
