In the recent decades, along with gradual developing of tall buildings, tall buildings of the frame supported shear wall structure with transfer floor are more and more. The application of the beam style transfer floor is most widely among all transfer structures. And the various styles of the upper part and lower part of the transfer beam, the whole structure is in complicated dimensional working performance. Therefore, it is necessary to study the load carrying capacities for structure of the beam style transfer floor,especialy, the load carrying characteristics of transfer beam,and its influence of transfer floor on the whole structure.Taking an example of practical project and choosing appropriate three-dimensional mechanical model and simple effective analytical method, to create the finite-element analysis modeling of the whole structure. And the finite-element modeling are analyzed by the method of linear static analysis, the conclusions are:(1) Creating the the finite-element analysis modeling of the whole structure , and calculating the structure modeling when taking different transfer stiflhess and stories,under vertical load (constant load and live load) and horizontal load.The result indicate all the finite-element analysis modeling is reasonable and feasible.(2) Creating the the finite-element analysis modeling of the whole structure and calculating the structure modeling when taking different transfer stiffness and stories,under vertical load (constant load and live load) and horizontal load. To conclude that the level displacement of structure is reduced with the increase of transfer stiffness, the level displacement of structure is increased with the increase of the position of transfer floor. Maximum of the level displacement of structure takes place near the transfer floor .so that this floor is very easily to be weaked which should be strengthened.(3) The vertical displacement of structure transfer beam is obvious in middle of the beam and not obvious in the side of the beam, the level displacement of transfer beam is reduced with the increase of transfer stiffness and the vertical displacement of transfer beam is increased with the increase of the position of transfer floor.(4) The internal force of transfer beam vary obviously with the increase of transfer stiffness and with the increase of the position of transfer floor.The bending moment and shear force of secondary beam vary much,but the axial force of secondary beam vary little. The internal force of middle column vary much and the internal force of side column vary little.The increase of the internal force of middle column is good. The reduce of the internal force of side column is not good. The internal force of upper frame beam vary little with the increase of transfer stiffhess,so it can be ignored.(5) Curve of normal stress and shearing stress of transfer beam is far away the linear curve after analysising the beam in block element in the supported section. Tensile stress is integratored to be tensile force.The difference of laying reinforcement according tensile stress and laying reinforcement according internal force is obvious. Curve of normal stress and shearing stress of transfer beam is near the linear curve after analysising the beam in block element in the middle section. The difference of laying reinforcement according tensile stress and laying reinforcement according internal force is not obvious. So laying reinforcement according tensile stress is proper and laying reinforcement according internal force is not proper,when curve of normal stress and shearing stress of transfer beam is far away the linear curve.
