Energy is the main power source and material basis of the social production and social development.The energy efficiency level of China has significant gaps of that with developed countries. Thermal power plants are energy-hungries, and the steam turbine and its auxiliary systems are important part of thermal power gener-ating units. Thus, analyzing steam turbine and its auxiliary systems’energy effi-ciency level and using reasonable methods for energy efficiency evaluation have great significance for improving the energy efficiency level of thermal power units and thus ease the supply and demand contradiction of our country.At first, combined consumption analysis theory and matrix ideological, using black-box model to analysis the additional consumption each device.Secondly, based on the standard management theory, by the analysis of the factors affecting energy efficiency level of steam turbine and its auxiliary systems,we put forward a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system for energy efficiency. Then, combing the advantages of the AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, using1-9scale method and the isosceles triangle membership function, we construct the AHP-F combination evaluation method to evalute the energy efficiency level of steam turbine and its auxiliary systems.At last, based on the above theory,we build a steam turbine and its auxiliary system efficiency evaluation system by delphi development platform,appling it to a350MW unit and achieved good results.In this paper,we use the unit consumption analysis based on the second law of thermodynamics, taking full account of the "quality" and "quantity" of the energy.We used the modular and hierarchical index system and AHP-F combined evaluation methods, it is more scientifical and rigorous than the small indicators assessment methods commonly used in thermal power plants,and the evaluation results are more instructive.The parallel algorithms, black-box model and other methods used are facilitate to computer implementation,we used delphi to develop a set of energy efficiency evaluation system for steam turbine and its auxiliary systems, which enhanced the practical value of the theoretical system.This article constructed a energy efficiency evaluation system for steam turbine and its auxiliary systems based on benchmarking management theory and AHP-F combination evaluation method, proposed a systematic and scientific evaluation methods, which deepened the depth of traditional evaluation method. It can effectively tap the actual energy saving potential of the steam turbine and its auxiliary system, and constantly updated the standard according to the energy effiency level of the active units, accurately locating the aspects of low energy efficiency level, guiding the thermal power plants to continuously improve energy efficiency.The evaluation results can serve as the basis of the group assess thermal power plants and the thermal power plants assess the teams.
