Production safety is the basis for the existence and development of Power-Supply Enterprise. Research on the Risk Management System of Power Supply Enterprise is an important measure to renew the concept of Safety Management and to deepen the Safety Control. It has important significance to form the mechanism for Safety Pre-control, to avoid the Safety Risks and to protect the safe development of Power Supply Enterprise.Based on the research on Safety Risk Control Theory, several methods of Risk Identification were discussed. The risks of substation maintenance, substation operation, transmission maintenance and power grid dispatching were identified by expert investigation method. According to the human factors, equipment factors, environment factors and operation factors, Evaluation Standards for substation maintenance, substation operation, transmission maintenance and power grid dispatching were established, using the LEC Risk Assessment method. Focused on the Safety Risks brought in by projects, the Closed-Loop Risk Control Measures were established. Safety Bearing Capacity for maintenance and operation was given. Matching model of Project Risk Level and Safety Bearing Capacity was established.Based on theoretical research, a unified system of Risk Control for substation maintenance, transmission maintenance, substation operation and power grid dispatching was established, taking the monthly or weekly production plan as mainline. The risk assessment plays a important role in the safety management and field operations, it can promote the safe production change, avoid personal safety accidents triggered by the equipment, the environment, protect the development of enterprise safety and scientific.
