The ML substation capacity expansion project belongs to the transformation project.Due to its new operation form,complicated operation mode,high difficulty and high comprehensive strength,it faces many hidden dangers in its operation.Therefore,conducting security risk management research on this project is urgent.Firstly,the paper introduces the general situation of the ML substation capacity expansion project through three aspects,engineering background,engineering objectives and construction characteristics.Then,through explaining the safety risk management of the substation capacity expansion project,we get the conclusion that the safety risk of the project is large.After comparing the status of security risk management of ML substation capacity expansion project with others,we find out its weak links.A suitable security risk management approach is found out,through proposing a security risk management framework for the ML substation capacity expansion project.Then,using the brainstorming method to carry out identifying risk factors from four aspects: personnel risk,material risk,environmental risk and management risk.According to the recognition results,the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to evaluate the safety of the ML substation capacity expansion project,and the evaluation results are obtained.Finally,according to the evaluation results,put forward targeted safety risk response measures to prevent safety accidents and ensure the safety of the project.The conclusions of the research results of this paper are highly reliable and suitable,they can be promoted in the same type of engineering projects.It is of guiding significance for power supply enterprises to carry out safety risk management of similar power engineering projects.And it undertakes the important mission,deepening the promotion of safety risk management.It is also useful for other types of power construction projects.
