With the rapid development of our economy, the demand for energy is growing, but the traditional fossil energy is exhausting, so it is imminent to develop the green energy reasonable and efficiently. As an effective access mode of green distributed energy, microgrid is attracting the attention all over the world.Microgrid is a new kind of energy supply system, and the scheduling policy between microgrid and the traditional power grid is quite different. So the research on optimal energy dispatch of microgrid is of great significance to achieve the safe, reliable, economic and efficient operation. Focusing on the grid-connected microgrid optimal energy dispatch problem, this paper presented dispatch model with a variety of distributed generation. Forecast errors of wind power, load and PV are modeled in probabilistic ways, the integrated forecast error is then transformed to the output constraints of controllable micro resources. All constraints of the model are formed into a new objective, then the proposed model is turned to the bi-objective optimization one. The particle swarm optimization algorithem is modified with simplex crossover operator perturbed in the solution process in order to avoid premature convergence of the algorithm and escape from the local optimum, to reach the global optimization solution of microgrid optimal energy dispatch problem. The numerical examples of typical summer and winter microgrid scenes are used to testify the proposed model and algorithm and compare with the conventional approach. The optimization calculation results show that the proposed approach has merits in reliability and economy.Microgrid has the merits of flexible micro resource configuration and efficiently utilizing clean energy, therefore how to explore the potential from capacity configuration and optimal dispatching, to accurately evaluate comprehensive benefit has important guiding significance for planning and operation of microgrid. This paper was based on optimally configuring and dispatching micro resources, set up a comprehensive benefit analysis bi-level programming model, comprehensively considering the benefits of economy, environment, transmission loss and reliability, and proposed particle swarm optimization based algorithm. The numerical examples of typical microgrid application scenarios in connected and islanded modes were used to testify the proposed model and compare with the conventional approach. The results show that the optimal sizing scheme and the comprehensive benefit analysis result in different microgrid application scenarios can be got by the proposed model and method, and the sensitivity analysis of key factors influencing the comprehensive benefit was done.
