| Along with our country economy soaring, power-generating scale in China at the end of2013is expected to reach1.23billion kilowatts, which is expected to become the world’s first. Currently600mw and above generator has become the main models in China. The parameters of such a high level of the operation of the unit only depending on the adjustment of the personnel have not met the need of the safe and economic operation of power plant. The phenomenon that all parameters of the unit exceeding standard and tripping operation for the reason that personnel did not deal with it on time after auxiliary equipment’s failure not only caused huge economic losses to the electric power,but impact the security and stability of the power grid,even may cause large area power outage.The function of power plants RUN BACK (rapid load shedding) can automatically reduce load after the tripping of the auxiliary equipment in the power plants, guarantee the parameters in the qualified range,which has become a necessary test before power plant put into production in compliance with the standard. Through testing the functions of RUNBACK in Taishan power plant, this paper manages to analyze the logical integrity of RUNBACK with relevant test data. By the analysis of the test data, it verifies the performance index of the unit of RUNBACK and provides several reference frame for the safe and stable operation of the power plant. |
