The condenser is a very important component in the equipments of heat-engine plant. Seen from the view of thermodynamics, the condenser works as the cold source in the thermal circuit of the steam power equipments. In the condition that the initial parameter of the steam turbine does not change, when the temperature of the condenser drops by10degree, the efficiency of the equipment rises by3.5%. when the pressure of the condenser changes by1kPa, the power of the steam turbine changes1%to2%in average. Scaling in the pipeline of the condenser in the heat-engine plant will block the condensing pipe, which will cause reduction of thermal exchanging efficiency of the condenser, raising the pressure of exhaust steam of the steam turbine, and finally causing loss of the output energy of the generator ser. Therefore, it is required to keep the heat exchange pipe clean to enhance the heat exchanging efficiency. It has very important affect for raising the thermal efficiency of the whole unit. The dirt cleaning system of the condenser is a key equipment to perfect the cleanness of the condenser and enhance the thermal efficiency of the steam turbine generator unit. It pushes the cleaning gum ball with a diameter a little larger than the internal diameter of the cooling pipe of the condenser through the cooling pipe with the water stream, scrubbing the inner wall of the cooling pipe repeatedly while bring out the impurities. Thereby, it can enhance the cleanness of the cooling pipe, avoid corrosion under the incrustation and prolong the life of the cooling pipe. This device can be used when the unit is not stopped and the load is not reduced. It improves the vacuum of the condenser and the thermal efficiency of the steam turbine.This thesis comprehensively analyzes the current condition of the researches on the cleaning devices of the condenser both in home and abroad. It compares the existing devices, and the advantages and shortcomings of the existing devices. It is found that the existing devices cannot achieve complete optimization of the operation, and can not achieve rational supervision and management. It brings huge economical loss for the production process as the cleaning device cannot work efficiently.This thesis re-analyzes the working process and features of the cleaning system of the condenser based on the former researches and proposes a cleaning system of the heat-engine plant condenser based on the PLC design, conducting simulation of the system with online supervision and configuration software. The result shows that the system is rational.
