In recent years, with the enhancement of atmospheric CO2concentration, the global warming problem is increasingly serious, and various natural disasters caused by the problem are frequent, and a serious threat to the survival of the human environment and safety are brought. Countries around the world are taking active measures to jointly cope with the global climate change, and continue to increase the efforts in energy conservation and emissions reduction, take the green low-carbon development road. CO2emissions from highway transport industry are huge, and along with the increasing amount of highway traffic mileage and car ownership, the carbon emissions of highway have a growing trend. By making reasonable route design parameters, which is great significant for reducing carbon emissions level of highway, and achieving economic growth and coordinated development of regional environment.Through the research of carbon emissions of highway, the concept of low-carbon highway is put forward, the impact factors of carbon emissions of highway operator are pointed out:vehicle models and CO2emission coefficient, vehicle speed, traffic volume, curve radius, highway surface characteristics, longitudinal curve slope and slope length, green with plants carbon sinks, and so on. The key parameters of route design vehicle speed and longitudinal curve slope are selected as the research object, through data processing, curve fitting and other research methods, the carbon measurement formulas are established. The existing carbon measurement model of highway operator and the method of green with plants carbon sinks measurement are improved, which will be great significant for the quantitative measurement of carbon emissions of highway operator. Gray correlation analysis method is used, and the carbon emission of highway operator is selected as the parent sequence, key parameters of route design as sub-sequences, the low-carbon related degrees of the key parameters of low-carbon highway route design are calculated, and the order is:pavement roughness<curve radius<longitudinal curve slope<vehicle speed<green with plants carbon sinks<traffic volume, which is helpful to identify the need to focus on the key parameters of route design:vehicle speed and longitudinal curve slope.The relationships between vehicle speed and longitudinal curve slope with traffic accident rate, vehicle transportation cost, quantity of roadbed earthwork and benefits of passenger time saving, are researched respectively, and the corresponding function prediction equations are established. The problem of highway route design multi-objective optimization is analyzed and a multi-objective optimization mathematical model is established. With the help of the optimization toolbox of MATLAB, use the fgoalattain function call forms and goal programming, and programme a model for solving the optimized key parameters of route design of different vehicle models, which are vehicle speed and longitudinal curve slope. The optimization results would be prepared scientific guidance for the establishment of route design specification of highway design department.The game process between highway construction main body and environmental monitoring main body is analyzed, and the complete information static game model is established. Through the study of revenue functions in the game model, including:earthwork excavation engineering quantity, pavement daily maintenance cost, traffic accident cost, highway carbon trading income, benefits of green with plants carbon sinks, and so on, the payoff matrix is established, and the pure strategy Nash equilibrium solution and the mixed strategy Nash equilibrium solution are obtained at last. Finally, the optimal low-carbon construction strategy and optimal environmental supervision strategy in the highway construction process are obtained, which could be provided decision supports for low-carbon highway builders.Through gray correlation analysis, multi-objective optimization model and game theory model, the carbon measurement formulas and the low-carbon related degrees of the key parameters of route design in highway operator have been got. The multi-objective optimization of the key parameters of route design has been achieved by MATLAB programming, and the optimal low-carbon construction strategy and optimal environmental supervision strategy have been obtained finally. Conclusions are significant for reducing carbon emissions level of highway, reducing highway accident rate, improving highway economic efficiency, reducing highway transportation costs, and achieving sustainable development of highway transportation.
