As the modern information technology has developed rapidly, railway information has also developed at high speed. Driven by this trend, the informatization of the railway transportation has been widely used. As the starting point and the destination of the railway serves production, the stub-end siding is the key link in the process of cargo security. At present, given that there is no prompt and protection for the incoming train set at the stub-end siding of the station, there is probability of colliding between train set and blockader or shunting accident caused by retaining device during the shunting operation. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a kind of device to play a part in prompt and protection for the stub-end siding.The paper proposed a kind of design scheme for digital wireless security guards equipment at the stub-end siding, the equipment included stub-end siding part and vehicle-mounted part, the vehicle-mounted control board finally determines STM32F103processor as the core, with extension of SD card interface, USB master-slave interface,232IOs and LCD display interface, and reserves radio interface for the control station. The processor is a high performance and low cost, low power consumption of the ARM Cortex-M3kernel, its external bus FSMC can be used to develop SRAM and to connect LCD. Driven by FSMC, LCD can achieve a significant increase in refresh rate. We use Motorola’s dedicated railway shunting station as the main communication module of vehicle and stub-end siding. And Wi-Fi wireless communication mode is taken as the backup communication mode. At the same time, by using buzzer’s voice prompt to remind to manually control, we can improve the security of the system greatly. The design will be finally applied to the security for stub-end siding multiple shunting locomotives, its core technology is train track occupancy recognition. The concrete realization course is by using GPS to collect location data which the vehicle-mounted control board will deal with, we can predict the locus of trains. Finally, by matching up the locus and the track of the stub-end siding, we can judge where the train is.As GPS signal is subject to blocking and interference, there will be strong system noise and measurement noise, which will influence the location accuracy of GPS. This article studies the methods that track projection and synthetic tangent to improve the precision of GPS positioning, and since the trajectory of locomotive as in2d coordinate plane, therefore, by using Gauss-Kruger projection, this topic converts geographic coordinates into plain coordinates. By adopting sliding window polynomial fitting to predicts the locus and by changing data flow of the system, reorganizing the message structure of the data which is sent, we can enhance the fitting precision of trajectory data. Adopting C and C++, the program is based on the design concept of modularization and structuralization. Also it performs simulation on the research from this article in VS2012. And the result shows that the method is of less computational complexity, fast speed, high precision and facilitating us to real-time predict the locus of trains.
