The stub end siding shunting is the necessary step to decomposition and recombination of production of railway transportation of marshalled vehicles.Along with the increasing of the traffic volume,the risk of accidents in shunting operations increasing,so more and more people pay attention to the safety protection in the shunting process.At present,the representative of the following two types of shunting safety protection device: one is based on the principle of magnetic induction sensor detection,the electromagnetic induction sensor is used to detect the direction of the vehicle,the speed and the number of axles,then judge the distance of the vehicle from the soil block and inform the shunting operator in time.This kind of device the detection sensitivity of the sensor is not high,installed on the rail on the sensor in the effect of perennial wheel after shaking,prone to loose or fall off,the vehicle will cause the vibration signal is not stable,the environment temperature and humidity change and power disturbance will cause the sensor the parameter drift,the accuracy,the detection signal effectively reduced;the other is to study the principle of GPS positioning based on GPS,but the signal of GPS is susceptible to be blocked and interference,low positioning precision.at present,there is no end line shunting safety protection device which is suitable for production field.In view of the current situation and under the teacher's guidance,I worked with another student to develop a new shunting safety guards system at the Stub-end Siding,including main control subsystem and communication subsystem.In this paper,the main task is to study the main control subsystem.For the first time,using shear sensor and STM32 technology to detect the vehicle motion information.To accurately identify the running direction,through the calculation of important parameters of vehicle safety distance through the speed and the number of axles,wheels,and these parameters provide safety protection system of communication subsystem of end line shunting,by the communication subsystem through radio voice timely alarm information to the driver and shunting staff,timely take corresponding measures prevent shunting accident.The utility model has the advantages of reasonable structure,stable and reliable operation,convenient operation and maintenance,etc.the utility model can be used for the safety protection of the shunting operation at the end line.In this paper,it is particular to introduce the working principle,overall design scheme,software and hardware design,and spot test of master control subsystem of shunting safety guards system at the stub-end siding.The main control subsystem of the safety protection system of the end line shunting is composed of three parts: the shearing force sensor,the signal conditioning unit,the main control and signal analysis and processing unit,and the auxiliary unit of the system.The characteristics of the system by shear force sensor is stable andreliable,abundant information,strong anti-interference ability,using 3 shear sensors to complete running direction of the vehicle identification,calculation of safety distance functions such as running speed,safety protection device,than the traditional that the quantity of electromagnetic induction sensor less than half.The main control and signal processing unit with STM32F103C6T6 chip as the core,dual port RAM as the information exchange unit,can be achieved on the sensor signal acquisition,digital filtering,running direction discrimination,axle counting,calculation speed,safe distance,and keep these facts data to dual port RAM chip for use in communication system.In order to facilitate the analysis of the fault diagnosis of the equipment,the SD card storage circuit is designed,which is used to save the data of one week.The system auxiliary unit mainly is the bus,the bottom board and the power supply.
