In accordance with current shortage of water resource in China, Water Resource Management Information System has been set up on the basis of advanced technology. It makes use of cutting-edge science and technology to promote water resources management, which can also realize scientific, quantified, and modern target to maintain its reasonable allocation and sustainable utilization. This system is based on data collection of water resource, transmission technology, computer and website technology, database technology, query technology, GIS, and multimedia, in order to provide water resource information service (real-time monitoring and basic information services), and water resource business information management. The business models contain the following parts, including water resource information management, dispatching information management, supply information management, utilization information management and water resource charge management to realize the goal of reasonable allocation. It also can give technology support to water resource business management and policymaking.The core display of this paper is "one map" of water resources management model, which can directly give regional monitoring data such as users, points of power-operated well, water level, water quantity, flow capacity and water pressure of supply pipes. On the basis of data of monitoring and business management, the efficiency of regional water utilization can be displayed by GIS.35graphs, and32passages of reference.
