Pre-reinforcement technology is as a kind of widely used method of subgrade and slopereinforcement, its suitability is naturally attention from various aspects. For the engineering andtechnical personnel, selection of appropriate pre-reinforcement method can yield twice the resultwith half the effort, will be able to guarantee the safety of the subgrade and slope; For pre-reinforcement policymakers or manager, select appropriate pre-reinforcement method means toensure the normal order of the highway operation. In addition, in the actual pre-reinforcementdecision-making process, due to the pre-makers often reinforced by many factors influence andinterference, often can not get pre-reinforcing decision results more realistic, not only missed thebest opportunity to reinforce the subgrade and slope, but also caused great waste of limited funds.Based on this, development of subgrade and slope pre-reinforcement method suitability evalua-tion and pre-reinforcement decision method has great practical significance.In this paper, taking typical highway subgrade and slope as the research object, combinedwith the pre-reinforcement engineering practice, conducts a preliminary study on the pre-reinforcement method of suitability and pre-reinforcement decision method of typical highwaysubgrade and slope.The main results are as follows:①Combined with the standard, engineering practice and pre-reinforcement method of itsown characteristics, this paper establishes the indexes of suitability evaluation method of pre-reinforcement of highway subgrade and slope.②The analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used inthe process of the pre-reinforcement method suitability evaluation of highway subgrade andslope, and the pre-reinforcement method of suitability evaluation system of highway subgradeand slope is composed of4first order and13secondary evaluation indexes.③According to the influence of pre-reinforcement mechanism of road traffic conditionsof highway subgrade and slope, the paper has constructed with the number of lanes pre-reinforcement occupied, the average speed of the pre-reinforcement working point, and prereinforcement schedule as the evaluation indexes in the system.④This paper has has been completed of the suitability analysis and evaluation of pre-reinforcement method of typical highway subgrade and slope, including Downloading andCounter Pressure technology, Supporting and Retaining Structure and Irrigation and Groutingmeasures.⑤This paper puts forward the pre-reinforcement decision method of highway subgrade and slope based on value engineering theory, and the pre-reinforcement decision model ofsubgrade and slope is also established.
