Highway traffic as the national economic development in the service industry, provide the basis for national economic development. Especially in the mountains area, a highway often have the effect of economic hub, life channel, at the same time, highway traffic operation management is particularly important.Complicated terrain and geological conditions in the mountains area, the high fill dig phenomenon is often inevitable, formed numerous high embankment and slope. Mountain roads is a geological disaster and waterlogging disasters such as rock, embankment and slope of the emergency rescue technology has a great influence on highway operation safety. Paper system for emergency rescue and embankment and slope technology research, and obtain the following results:①Based on the embankment, cutting and half filling and half digging three kind of roadbed structure form, combined with the typical embankment and slope failure mode, system analysis and study the roadbed subgrade crack, subsidence, landslide, collapse and debris flow disasters such as the typical failure mode, the formation mechanism and conditions.②Combined with the typical failure mode of embankment and slope, the engineering characteristics of emergency rescue, respectively from the slope rate method class,retaining class and strengthening class this three aspects put forward the cutting slope to reduce load, stack presser foot, anti-slide pile, conventional steel pipe piles, the micro steel pipe piles, precast anchor rod retaining wall, gabion retaining wall and other emergency rescue techniques,and systematically analysis and evaluate the suitability of the various technical measures.③Evaluation indexes based on tower structure model, emergency rescue and technical comprehensive and built to roadbed slope suitability as the goal layer, degree of difficulty in construction, construction period, construction covers an area of situation and technical economy as the criterion layer, such as construction conditions, geological conditions and technical difficulties for the indicators of the evaluation index system.④Combining with the characteristics of emergency rescue and embankment and slope engineering, using analytic hierarchy process (ahp) to determine the criteria evaluation index relative target layer and index layer evaluation index relative criterion layer and index layer index relative weight of the target layer, using the weighted average method comprehensive quantitative evaluation of the technology, and formed the system of roadbed slope of emergency rescue and technical evaluation system.
