Based on the construction of Sichuan Langzhong the fourth Jialing River Bridge—cable-stayed brige with water-drop shape single pylon as the engineeringbackground.Based on the engineering background of pier girder consolidation, No.0block is also a lower beam, and the lower pylon column using curve design, structureisverycomplex, and the stress and deformation distribution has obviousspatial.Based onthe analysis of plane, spatial entity finite element model of tower, the whole process ofdrop shaped tower construction are systematically analyzed,for the tower structure ofconstruction control to provide the reference data.According to the state of the bridgeinto the tower, mainly considering wind load, temperature, shrinkage and creep effectanalysis, stress and deformation trend of tower structure.The main content of the paperare:①In detail the reading of literature, discusses the modern development ofcable-stayed bridge pylon cable-stayed bridge and structure and its stresscharacteristics, introduced the basic theory analysis and finite elementsimulationmethod of cable-stayed bridge.②The MIDAS/CIVIL bridge calculation software, according to the constructionsequence of Langzhong cable-stayed bridge on the bridge of the forward iterationcalculation, the stress and displacement of the static structure, themaximum cantileverconstruction stage and finished stage cable force, the0#block (beam), the key (top,bottom) position displacement and internal forcestate.③Using MIDAS/FEA software to establish the model of Langzhong bridge, thecable-stayed bridge pylon drop shaped spatial entities, and consider the whole processof construction of tower, the tower has carried on the system analysis.④According to the state of the bridge into the tower, calculation and analysis ofcorresponding combination for pylon. Considering the analysis, wind load,temperatureload analysis of the tower during the construction period and the static stability ofbridge phase analysis, stress analysis of creep and shrinkageof concrete pylon effectanalysis of time under the conditions of space, in order to provide reference to thebridge construction control.
