According to character of "soil and rock mixture" in mountainous region and heavy hill area, this thesis mainly studies the system about the roadbed’s construction on filling-a way by which controlling the quality、proceeding、cost, and analyzes the main factors affecting above three sides. It also suggests the ways and the operating process about the roadbed’s consolidation on filling.Firstly, this thesis studies the soil and rock mixture’s properties, and comparatively analyzes convalesce, tamp and vibratory compaction. It concludes the best way-vibratory compaction, and discusses its mechanism to some degree. Secondly, according to the analysis to the material and vibratory compaction machine, it finds out the main factors affecting the tamp quality:the mixture’s aquiclude, the proportion of soil and rock, the force of vibrating, swing, frequency, the thickness of compaction, times, speed and so on. It also analyzes the extent to which all factors affect the construction quality, and by uniting the theory and practical formula, sets up the mathematic model about the correlation of factors and construction quality. And based on it, the thesis suggests the perfect ways by which controlling the roadbed’s construction on filling. This thesis also analyzes the affluences of the construction capacity, the ways, and the machine’s collocation on the roadbed’s filling, and according the theory studied by Chongqing Jiaotong university " mechanization construction study team",sets up the mathematical model of proceeding and cost’s controlling. It makes it possible that large scale construction from determing the nature to the quantity.
