The Analysis Of A High-Rise Building Structure In Service Retrofitting Impact On Structural Performance

In recent years, with the gradual improvement in the steady growth of China’s GDP and the construction market, many large cities stopped or postponed projects (uncompleted) have also restarted*and need the detection and identification of buildings and reinforcement work. Current, the research on the overall analysis of reinforcement is not perfect. The overall analysis of the existing norms also not mentioned much on standard. In this paper, the overall analysis of the study about in-service high-rise buildings retrofitting has important practical significance.This paper studies the reinforcement of the building and application of the transformation methods are based on the introduction of specific structural reinforcement method steps; combined with engineering examples, examples of projects carried out detection and identification; With PKPM software and software SAP2000for structural reinforcement before modeled analysis, the structure of the mechanical properties and deformation reinforcement before; overall performance changes may be caused by the structural reinforcement and seismic safety problems are analyzed in detail, and the reinforcement the results were compared before and after to verify the reinforcement of the safety and feasibility of the method; on the basis of the structure of the reinforcement on the post-earthquake reinforcement structure under different conditions overall elastic-plastic analysis, and calculation the results were compared and analyzed to study the feasibility of strengthening design approach.Reinforcement of this paper is to analyze the overall structure, providing a theoretical basis for research in this area.Study and discussion about this article will be related to a similar structure reinforcement to provide some theoretical reference in the future.
