| A kind of new test for performance and diagnosis for fault which designed based on hydraulic loading and virtual technology is pulled out for the difficult of the automatic transmission performance test and performance test of digital/analog signal processing iculding it is low efficiency, not high degree of automation and long loading time. The program is based on the software of LabVIEW which builds on digital/analog signal control system. And it aims to do two tsets named both static and movement road load which belong to the automatic transmission itself. What’s more, it achieves the fault of the automatic transmission rapidly behinds all above. Experiments show that, the automatic transmission test bed based on LabVIEW has higher accuracy and flexibility compared to the traditional test method of vehiclewith. To carry on the program, it needs to disegn the test bed accordding to the GB/T-18344-2001" standards of maintenance, detection, diagnosis technology about car" and the properties of the2JZ-GE engine and automatic transmission named A340E, including the design of the hydraulic station; as following, making the testing program by LabVIEW designing, simulating and making signal conditioning circuit, doing the static calibrating on two kinds of sensor which names pull-pressure and pressure transmitte on the basis of GB/T15478-1995"GB pressure sensor"; finally, doing the physical experiment of the automatic transmission such as shifting test, delay test and pressure test according to the "standars of cars’dautomatic transmission reliability test ",at the same time, making the analysis of failures of shifing uneasily through the sensor signal’s acquisition, processing and analysis by the program of LabVIEW.The analysis results show that:the bench could finish the physical test of the transmission so easily; what’s moer, it has a stable performance, simple operation, quick loading response and high precision, and it meets the design requirements. And it provides an innovative method for the test of the characteristic of automatic transmission. |
