Water is the source of human life, and also the blood of oasis. Oasis is the main place for human activities in arid areas, and the obvious interference by human activities. The Keriya oasis located in the middle of the kerry river basin, and the typical basin under the influence of human activities. With the development of the human activities, especially in the modern time with the human civilization, the reform of social system and human production, and other economic activities, the change of the irrigation and land system, the rapid growth of population and a surge in industry, agriculture, civil water, above for the acceleration of water resource utilization, make water more scarce in kerry river downstream of the current situation of water resources demand more, the oasis which rely on water drainage became upstream retreat, and obvious atrophy and frequent migration, the condition of expansion of desertification, soil salinization and environment deterioration trend become more and more serious. Based on the Keriya oasis as the research object, selected the Yingbake township and Karky township in Keriya, and take township as a unit, do the research on the water resources and the humanities factors of influence on oasis water resources, and focuses on analyzing the cultural factors on changes of time and space:take the household survey method, time series, regression analysis and other research methods, to determine the humanities factor in spatial and temporal variation, analysis of influence degree and range of water resource utilization, realize the rational use of water resources and the people and the harmonious development of water resources.This paper selected the Yingbage township is located in the northeast of Keriya and the Karky township is located in the northwest of Keriya. The Yingbage township have11.7km distance from the center of the county, and the Karky township have48kilometers distance from the center of the county. The Yingbage township state near the kerry river, that is rich in water resource, and the Karky township is far from the river, that is lack of water resources. The way of living, agricultural production, social economy, the way of water resources, irrigation water, water resources, and other aspects are difference in the two township, so in the similarities and differences as the starting point to do the typical contrast analysis of the humanities spatial factor which influence in the field of oasis analysis of water resource utilization. The main research results of this article are as follows:(1) Interannual and annual spatiotemporal distribution of oasis’water resource are uneven, the impact of human activities on water resource utilization is mainly embodied in draw river water for irrigation and over-exploit groundwater that these irrational human activities are gradually being strengthen, and resulted in environmental degradation such as expansion of desertification and salinization.(2) Spatial distribution characteristics of the oasis groundwater table is from south to north, and from the southeast to northwest, groundwater table trend to get shallow, groundwater table in villages located in the west, such as Karke and Xiwol, is more shallow that other places, therefore, salinization in these area is more serious. Groundwater table in Aral which located in the southwest is deepest. The temporal variation of the groundwater table is related to spring and winter irrigation, in this period, groundwater level rise generally, in the period without irrigation, groundwater table maintain stable level.(3) In oasis area, utility pattern of water resources is outdated that more than97.07%of the arable land in Yutian is still using ground irrigation pattern that is more extensive, lower utilization of irrigation water, irrigation, flood irrigation, string under irrigation on the phenomenon still exist, such as caused by excessive irrigation, waste the limited water resources, and make the field leakage is serious, raised the underground water level, soil salinization.(4) By means of grey correlation analysis, it can be seen that the dominant factors influencing the total water resources is total planting area, the change of the total sown area of direct impact on the change of the total water resources, the more planting area, it needs the more irrigation amount.(5) On the basis of humanistic factors and the household survey data:1)Population;2) Farmers cultivated land area;3) Wheat farmland;4) Corn farmland;5) The total output of crops;6) The net income of the farmers(yuan);7) Corn grain production;8) Wheat yield;9) the livestock number at the end of year;10) the average annual fertiliser use;11) the average annual electricity consumption(kilowatt); Using the method of statistical analysis of inverse distance weighted interpolation method to make the distribution of space which is100m x100m of the two township with11indexes, and analysis the single factor in space of the two townships with11indexes, then with superposition of spatial distribution of the total water resources to calculate the cultural factors on the impact strength of water resource utilization, and classified the research results. The results show that factor indexes elected in yingbage township for water effect is small, the area of82.33km2, accounting for an area of81%; The results show that factor indexes elected in Karky township for water effect is large, the area of71.73km2, accounting for an area of96%. It can be seen that human economic, agricultural production activities, crop species and agricultural technology, cultural level and so on all affect water resources.
