Powder material flow detection system has been widely used in the cement industry, power plants, chemical and food is an important means to develop agricultural production, improve economic efficiency, saving energy and improving product quality in the national economy and plays an important industrial production position. In recent years, with the gradual maturation of industrial development and production technology for accurate weighing of powder particle material aspects put forward new demands and challenges of the powder material mass flow detection techniques also put forward higher requirements.Firstly, the principle of common measurement of mass flow of solid particulate material (belt scales, coriolis scales, weightlessness scales and impulse scales, etc.), measurement characteristics and application to do a comprehensive analysis. And for the mechanical design part of Coriolis mass flowmeter has done a thorough study. Quantitative and design FSR powder feeding system, important design parameters are as follows:the control accuracy of±1%, the feed capacity of0.5t/h~50t/h (weight by volume0.5t/m) between the system power≤10KW, the control system operating voltage of220V±10%50Hz±1Hz and the ambient temperature set between-20℃~50℃, relative humidity:≤85%, the advantage is in the scale of the flowmeter body weight of the powder material can be measured directly, thus reducing the reaction force due to the measurement errors caused by the system, and the excellent controllability of the powder material, the long-term stability of the operation is also very reliable.In this paper, the use of SolidWorks software blades on the rotor scale finite element analysis can be drawn from the position of maximum stress scale rotor blades occurs, by improving the strength of the maximum stress at work to ensure that the powder flow meter in the normal operating speed range of improve the long-term stability of the rotor system has very important significance. Finally, the powder flow meter control system was designed by the PLC control system can not only implement complex logic control, but also to complete a variety of closed-loop control systems, computer networking makes communication easier, the control system of the powder flow the level of automation and accuracy of measurement in the field of measurement and other aspects play an important role.
