In recent years, with the rapid economic development, the natural environmenthas been severely damaged, while natural disasters occur frequently. Populationexplosion also exacerbated the development of social instability, leading to theemergence of various social contradictions and the outbreak of many public safetyincidents. There are various types of natural disasters occurred at home and abroad,such as terrorist attacks, poisoning incidents, production accidents, traffic accidentsand other infectious diseases. Study of emergency logistics vehicle routing have arelatively earlier on abroad than ours, so we can not be responded and achieved timelyinclude of the vehicle routing immediately when facing emergency disaster events.Therefore, emergency logistics vehicle routing problem research has become moreurgent in our country. This paper construct a closely simulate mathematical model inorder to work out emergency logistics vehicle routing problem, which can solve theproblem of the specified vehicle routing problem,Firstly, this paper briefly analyses the research status of emergency logisticsvehicle routing problem at home and abroad in last few years, then summed up thegeneral requirements and general solutions about the logistics vehicle routingproblem under the emergency situations. Secondly, According to the above researchresults, the mathematical model of burst disaster emergency logistics vehicle routingproblem is established based on some of the basic assumptions reasonable. Themathematical model is close to the real problem owning to objective function is meetto require of the shortest time, while take the needs urgency and the multi-vehiclesinto account. Finally, the genetic algorithm is designed which can solve mathematicalmodel. The optimal path and optimal solution are obtained use of the matlab softwarethough achieve to encoding process of genetic operators. The research method in thispaper is a effective method which solve the problem of burst disaster logistics thevehicle routing and of emergency through the feasibility algorithm is proved.
