Large vertical mixed flow pump is an important equipment in urban watersupply and drainage system, running condition will directly affect the lives ofresidents.Therefore, mixed flow pump equipment operation safety is taken seriouslyincreasingly, the online monitoring of equipment is very necessary.This article in view of the present drainage industry of mixed flow pumpmaintenance,the daily running online assessment and diagnosis of large verticalmixed flow pump on a water plant,we are able to comprehensive, accurate, real-timecontrol equipment operating conditions,to provide the basis for predictivemaintenance of equipment,to improve the safety and reliability of operation of thepumping station.This paper mainly studies the guide bearing, the rotor and theasynchronous motor fault of large vertical mixed flow pump,and further study of themixed flow pump fault diagnosis and detection technology.The main research content is as follows:(1)Studied the characteristics of mixed flow pump under complex conditions.Summarizes typical fault of common parts of mixed flow pump,such as guidebearing,the rotor and the asynchronous motor,and carried on the thorough discussionon its vibration mechanism, analyzes the typical fault characteristic frequency.(2)The traditional fault diagnosis method always use a single source ofvibration information,because the information is not complete, so it is likely to causewrong diagnosis.Depending on the operating characteristics of mixed-flowpump,adopt homologous fusion Vector spectrum technique.Detail the theoretical basisand numerical algorithms of full vector spectrum technology,show the advance natureof full vector spectrum algorithm in fault diagnosis.(3)For the typical fault of asynchronous motor,such as rotor bar brokenfault,short circuit fault,air-gap eccentricity fault,use park vector algorithm based oninformation fusion.Park vector algorithm is studied in detail the principle and analysismethod, and the advantages of using park vector motor fault diagnosis. (4)By the technique of full vector spectrum and park vector transformalgorithm for the typical fault diagnosis of mixed flow pump.At the same time,on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis system was introduced of a water plant ofmixed flow pump,System development environment, software language, database,and hardware signal extraction and interface design were introduced.The full vector spectrum homologous information fusion technology and parkvector algorithm was applied to fault diagnosis of mixed flow pump for the firsttime,not only develop the theoretical system of information fusion technology,andexpand the application range of the fault diagnosis technology.
