Basedon the study of piston rod and guide sleeve sealing, Under in Wuhan university ofscience and technology cooperation project "servo hydraulic cylinder seal clearance" f,the piston rod and guide sleeve of the static pressure support technology, mainly donethe following work. Use Pro/e to finish modeling the flow field of thehydrostatic support seal and divide structured grid of the flow field by Gambit. Then,by using Fluent software contrastive Analysis the static pressure bearing guide sleevestarts glyph rectangular oil and oil cavity of the oil film,From the pressuredistribution, i-section cavity can form the relatively stable bearing oil cavity pressure,And when combined with bearing groove can form two360°pressure support ring,In favor of piston rod and the piston rod pair. Comparison and analysis the differentdriving oil cavity in friction and leakage, the friction and velocity of the pistonrod withthe piston rod leakage of eccentricity.
