Hydraulic servo cylinder in the servo system has a very important role in the function of its own advantages and disadvantages of a direct impact on the effect of the system control precision and the response characteristics of dynamic or static.Servo cylinder often work in high frequency overloading of bad environment, therefore, good performance and sealing way is the essential condition.In view of the above aspects, this paper proposes a hydrostatic bearing hydraulic servo cylinder, hydrostatic bearing design on the ends of the hydraulic cylinder, one of the supporting role on the piston rod, thus reducing friction and improves the performance of the hydraulic cylinder has a good guide.This article first to the hydraulic cylinder seal form and the development status quo of hydrostatic bearing is analyzed, to summarize the research direction of the hydrostatic bearing. At the same time, the static pressure bearing type, performance, and choke the type, performance analysis, this paper expounds the advantages and disadvantages of various structure, determine the structure of hydrostatic bearing design.Secondly, according to the requirements of the designed servo cylinder, list the influence factors of its response, and through AMESim software to analyze the influence of different design parameters on the response, determine the structure design of parts of the oil cylinder size, focus on end cover of hydrostatic bearing design and processing.Then, according to the static pressure supporting structure design scheme of its bearing capacity is preliminary calculation and analysis, and draw the hydrostatic bearing in Solidworks software 3D model of flow field, established in ANSYS ICEM plugin for hydrostatic bearing flow field model of the division of grid work, and then import the msh file to Fluent software, the complete simulation analysis on the flow field of the model.Finally,in the VC++ to visual design of hydrostatic bearing design in software programming, VC++ program software to generate the hydrostatic bearing design of the systematized.
