With the popularity of electric energy application and expanding of power gridsystem, the security, reliability and economy of power system are becoming more andmore important. Power distribution network as the final step of the power grid, thestructure complexity is opposite larger, and the faults occur frequently. According tostatistics, more than80%in the grid fault are power system fault. Therefore, when thedistribution network failure or abnormal operation, timely and accurate to find thecause of the problem and fault source, quick troubleshooting and restore power isparticularly important.Based on this reality, this paper carried on the thorough research on the literatureat home and abroad, and proposes a new fault diagnosis method——the fault diagnosisof distribution network based on the fuzzy H net. Fuzzy H net is improved networkfuzzy Petri net is a new analysis method and is suitable for nonlinear discrete systemsand hybrid systems. Difference in Petri net, there is only one fuzzy H net node, namelyfuzzy H nodes. Fuzzy H nodes both information storage and information processingcapabilities, that makes the model has simple structure, strong knowledge expressionability and information processing ability.This article has mainly done the following work:(1) Discusses the composition and the importance of study of the distributionnetwork, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various kinds of faultdiagnosis methods.(2) Detailedly study of the fuzzy production, modeling and reasoning process ofthe fuzzy H net, through two theorems, Petri net and fuzzy H net equivalent simplelogic gate said, determine the feasibility of the distribution network fault diagnosisbased on fuzzy H net.(3) Combined with the wiring diagram and protection situation of distributionnetwork, establish a distribution network fault diagnosis system based on H net model,and reasoning the correct conclusions.(4) Through the specific case studies and experiments to verify the authenticityand validity of this paper method.
