Auto-loader is an important part of tank armored vehicle fire strike.Today’s auto-loader is an integrated robotic system integrating mechanical,hydraulic,electrical and communication.The logical structure is complex and it is prone to failure.In addition,the harshness of the natural environment on the battlefield and the interference of various means of sound and light,etc.,further increase the probability of failure of the auto-loader.Therefore,finding an efficient fault diagnosis method for the auto-loader to help the maintenance personnel to quickly locate the fault is of great significance for improving the combat effectiveness of the tank armored vehicle.Firstly,combining the advantages of Petri net,fuzzy theory and perceptual algorithm,a fault diagnosis model based on perceptual fuzzy Petri net(PFPN)is proposed.Process of model parameters,forward reasoning and backward reasoning of PFPN are described in detail.Secondly,the fault tree model of the auto-loader is established by combining the fault analysis of the automatic loader with the relevant expert knowledge.The basic fault tree is analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively.Qualitative analysis yields the minimum cut set.The probability of fault top event is obtained by quantitative analysis.Thirdly,by taking the Rotary ammunition loader as an example,forward reasoning and reverse reasoning are performed separately.The forward reasoning is compared with the fault tree analysis method,which proves validity of this method compared with traditional fault tree analysis.Reverse reasoning combined with the method of fault tree minimum cut level reduces the scope of investigation and improves the efficiency of reasoning.Finally,the overall design of the diagnostic software was carried out after analysis of requirements.The specific development design was carried out by using the relational database SqlSever2013 and C#programming language to realize the fault diagnosis of the auto-loader.The diagnostic software establishes a PFPN-based fault diagnosis knowledge base and an inference engine.The software interface mainly includes four modules:user management module,fault diagnosis module,rule management module and system setting module.The software interface is simple and interactive,and the fault diagnosis of the automatic loader is well realized.
