City park as the mainrecreational places in the city, not only can provide various outdoor service for residents,but also can promote the harmonious development of man and nature, so the parkconstruction becomes an important link of livable city construction. People concern rightnow is not only the quality and quantity of the park problems, tend to focus more onwhether a convenient access to the park for recreation activities. The spatial distribution ofurban parks provide city residents recreational opportunities are equal, and urban residentswill be able to make full use of existing urban parks provide recreational opportunities, etc.,are new need us to explore problems. The development of the city, the construction of newcity park site selection should be how to reasonable, fair distribution, to achieve city parksbecome the outstanding problems facing the park construction. Therefore, the research onaccessibility of city parks is extremely important.This paper through the analysis of the main factors influencing the accessibility of cityparks, emphasizes the accessibility and service efficiency as an important index of citypark service function. Through the theoretical research on a large number of literaturereading, summarized the accessibility of research methods, combined with auxiliaryfunction by using GIS software, using a simple method of buffer build study theaccessibility of city parks in buffer, and calculate the buffer in the GIS software parkservice area. Through on-the-spot investigation, using Google maps, service populationwithin a certain buffer, calculate the park service than population and area ratio, analyzethe accessibility of city parks in the area and the influence factors of service efficiency.And the research area of city park service efficiency analysis and comparison, analyzingthe deficiency of the entire study area city parks. And, in view of the accessibility of cityparks in the study area and the lack of service efficiency, improving methods and measuresare put forward, in order to provide beneficial reference to the similar city parkconstruction.
