Abstract:With the acceleration of urbanization, deep excavation in subway stations, high-rise buildings and municipal engineering increasingly widespread. Taking a deep foundation of subway station as background, this paper has analyzed and studied the deformation and mechanical behavior of deep excavation. The main work and conclusions are as follows:(1) Based on the analysis of the deformation mechanism of deep foundation, this paper has Systematically summarized some factors that affect pit deformation. The main factors include excavation depth, embedded depth, overloading and support and so on.(2) Construction monitoring program developed in accordance with engineering examples, and the monitoring work is completed. This paper has analyzed the deformation of the Excavation of deep foundation. The results show that the Wall deformation pattern is bow, and the position of support appeared concave, and its maximum appeared1/2-2/3times the excavation depth.(3) Based on a deep foundation of subway station, this paper has built a finite element mode by FLAC-3D software and analyzed some factors affecting the construction pit deformation. The factors includes overloading, over-excavation, digging support order, pre-axis power, steel and reinforced concrete to support the number of support stiffness, and taken into account the actual excavation process, the calculation results are basically consistent with the monitoring results.(4) Pre-pit deformation axial force effect on the most significant, can better control the pit deformation, and the pre-axial force has little effect on the final steel support shaft power value. Overload, over-excavation, digging and support order the number of deformed steel support is also more significant, and the excavation should avoid over-excavation and overloading. Addition, the construction sequence should adopted excavation behind supporting.
