In order to enhance the efficiency of the process of urban rail transit emergency failure process of train equipment, ensure the safety of urban rail transit, and support the designation and development of integrated train running status monitoring and early warning systems, we need to conduct analysis and optimization of the current train equipment failure emergency response process. Only by donging so, can we combine business processes and information technology seamlessly and promote its systematization, digitization and efficiency.Firstly, the paper introduced related theory about process management and Petri net. On this basis, the paper analyzed the current equipment failure emergency process and offered advices. Then, the paper designed new process and made the models. After that, the article used quantitative analysis methods, including " Boundedness detect association based on matrix eigenvalues "," Reachability analysis method based on the equation of state " and " Activity analysis based on reachability graph of Petri nets and the equation of state " for reasonable verification to ensure the models’ rationality Then, the paper introduced time parameter into Petri net and introduced calculation methods of Stochastic Petri net. The paper compared the efficiency of the optimized processes and the ones before, and illustrated the effects by a specific case. After doing all these tasks, the paper displayed the system, summarized the work and made the outlook. This paper introduced Stochastic Petri net into business process optimization of urban rail transit, designed business processes models and offered quantitative rational analysis methods of Petri net, supported the development of comprehensive monitoring and early warning system.
